Thanks for the thoughts. Intel in my price range are at 533Mhz FSB. (I MIGHT could afford 800Mhz FSB intel chip but then we're getting out of my budget even though 800Mhz mobos aren't terribly emachines and wal-mart PCs may be cheap but they're certainly no more than a 2-year computer. Im using a T1 Dragon 7+ cooler with a thin layer of thermal compound on the chip.
